Abstract
Skin cancer is a common and potentially fatal disease that requires early and accurate diagnosis for effective treatment. This paper presents a hybrid deep learning and machine learning approach combining convolutional neural networks with gradient boosting classifiers to improve classification performance. The proposed framework effectively distinguishes between malignant and benign skin lesions, achieving high accuracy and demonstrating robustness across multiple datasets.
